Shipping Policy
All clothing/home decor/accessory products from MadiMandala.com are made to order from different manufacturers from the United States.
Under regular conditions, please allow 3-6 business days for processing the order and ship time of 5-21 business days depending on the item and your location (regardless of shipping method selected at checkout). During peak months like November and December, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process the order, with the same shipping time. If you have something time sensitive like an event, birthday or holiday, please follow the above guidelines to make sure you get your order in time! MadiMandala.com cannot refund for late time sensitive orders as my vendors process orders on demand. Please contact me at maddiesteward@yahoo.com if you have any questions!

Depending on the items ordered, you may get different items from different vendors at separately. If your items ship from different vendors, you will receive separate tracking numbers once shipped. Anything else on my website that is created by Madi Mandala (such as original art and prints) will have a specific inventory. Original art is 1/1. Prints have a special inventory for each one as well.
Please allow 1-4 days processing time after order is placed, and an additional 3-4 days for shipping. All orders are placed through USPS and include a tracking number once shipped via email.
